The LeadersEdge

The Leaders Edge is a leadership development journey which includes a coaching support system for both established church staffs and new church plant teams.  We presently have 13 participants in a ten- month process which concludes in June of this year.  

Led by Dr. Steve Cloud in the morning and Carl Martin and Mike Green in the afternoon, the goals of kingdom collaboration and mutual accountability among pastors and planters are coming to fruition. Participants are setting goals, building teams, learning how to make disciples at an exponential level and sharing best practices.  We are sharing our lives and growing together in a tight bond of unity. We are learning how to cast vision more clearly, train more effectively, and lead more compassionately.

Our church planter track has been lead by Mike Green.  Mike and I are writing the church planting material in partnership with the SCBC and SRBA. Our Association will launch two churches out of the end in the next twelve months.

The next 10-month cycle of LeadersEdge will begin in August. We anticipate 15 participants from six churches and church plants.   Anyone serving on an existing church staff, church plant, or considering planting a church may contact me for more information on how to sign up.
