Do you have a passion for traveling? Do you have a passion for Christ? Wouldn’t it be awesome to travel to a new culture and experience things you have never imagined before, and do it all with Jesus’ name on our tongues and lips?!
South Asia is the most populated place in the world and one of the most unreached. Savannah River Baptist Association has a partnership with South Asia and we are committed to sending teams to help spread the fame of Jesus Christ in a dark corner of the world. You may have heard the stories from Steve Scudder and his team that traveled to South Asia in September 2007. Maybe God stirred your hearts when you heard about the Muslim men hearing the stories from the Bible. Maybe the Spirit is now prompting you to find out more about going on a mission trip. This is your chance to live out the Great Commission!
Jesus Christ commanded us to go to the ends of the earth and this year you have the opportunity to do just that. The 2008 mission trip is October 27-November 8 and we are currently looking for willing and humble servants who want to join the journey to share Christ’s name where it has never been spoken.
